Mr. Chris Choi

Mr. Choi, a proud New Zealand citizen with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and investment, has a deep understanding of business architecture across various industries. He founded C&L Financial and Singular Point Solutions, focusing on investments, insurance, and business consulting.
Actively engaged in public welfare and politics, Chris serves as Executive President of the Heilongjiang General Chamber of Commerce, Vice Secretary-General of the Northeast General Chamber of Commerce, and Senior Advisor to the New Zealand Chinese Entrepreneur Association. AGMC Group is proud to appoint Mr. Choi as CEO, where he continues to lead through both 2 Bridges and AGMC Partners, overseeing business consulting, operations, and client relations.
Mr. Choi is also Managing Partner for New Zealand company 2 Bridges Limited - an Official New Zealand respresentative of Yingke Global/Yingke Law.
Mr. Martin Tong

Mr. Tong holds a Law degree from Nanjing University and a Master’s in Law from Brigham Young University. With a distinguished career spanning roles at the Anti-Corruption Bureau, leading consultancies, and multinational corporations, he brings deep expertise in corporate governance, mergers, and cross-border investments. As Head of Legal and Compliance for AGMC Partners, Mr. Tong is responsible for ensuring regulatory adherence and overseeing all legal aspects of the firm’s operations.
Mr. Tong is also Managing Director of New Zealand company 2 Bridges Limited - an Official New Zealand respresentative of Yingke Global/Yingke Law.
Mr. Anthony Gold

Mr. Gold, as Managing Director of the AGMC GROUP, brings extensive experience working with the Kiwi SME [Small Medium Enterprise] business ecosystem, which makes up 97% of the New Zealand economy, overseeing strategic advisory, management, and international capital initiatives.
He is responsible for fostering key partnerships and driving growth across AGMC projects. Mr. Gold has been instrumental in establishing joint ventures and collaborative opportunities, particularly in infrastructure and energy sectors. Mr Gold also works with business associations, think tanks, ecosystem partners and professional groups that serve to advance the New Zealand SME Economy.
Mr. Gold is the Founder of the AGMC GROUP.
Mr. Andy Hamilton, ONZM

Founding CEO of The Icehouse for 19 years, Mr. Hamilton built an iconic brand that helped Kiwi business owners and leaders grow their companies. He advises businesses across New Zealand and Queensland, Australia, with a focus on strategy, networks, governance, and investment. His diverse background includes roles as a corporate venture capitalist, commercial director and lawyer.

Mr. David Lilburne

Mr. Lilburne brings over 20 years of senior executive experience, including roles as Managing Director, CEO, General Manager, and Regional Director at Strategic Specialists Group, where he has led Australasian businesses in manufacturing, distribution, and wholesaling. His expertise spans business-to-business operations across diverse industries, where he has cultivated a passion for driving business improvement and facilitating strategic transformations.
Mr. Lilburne has a proven track record of successfully implementing restructures, divestments, and business unit consolidations for private, corporate, and private equity owners of businesses with turnovers ranging from $10 million to $100 million. His international experience, particularly in Australasia and the Pacific, has equipped him to support firms in achieving their global ambitions.
With a strong familiarity with various business structures, including franchise and joint venture models, David has led teams across sectors such as FMCG, apparel, government, building materials, leisure, recycling, HVAC, food processing, education, and office products.
Mr. Lilburne is also passionate about developing organisations' execution capabilities. He has a background in leadership training and coaching, having established a management consultancy in South Africa focused on team development. He previously served as Training Manager for Fletcher Distribution and is currently a mentor for Business Mentors New Zealand.
Mr. Richard Lees

Mr. Lees is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience in executive management and entrepreneurship across various sectors. As the Managing Director of Osbourne Ward Limited since November 2019, he has leveraged his extensive expertise to drive business growth and operational excellence in New Zealand.
Previously, Mr. Lees served as the Chief Executive of Huckleberry Organics from May 2015 to November 2019, where he was instrumental in expanding the company’s market presence and enhancing its operational capabilities. His commitment to the organic sector is further demonstrated through his role as Deputy Chair on the Board of Organics Aotearoa New Zealand, from May 2016 to October 2019.
Mr. Lees has also contributed to the Parnell Business Association as a Board Member supporting local businesses and initiatives. His earlier career includes senior management roles at renowned organisations such as Accenture (UK), Tesco, Mitre 10, The Warehouse, Life Pharmacy, and House of Travel, where he honed his skills in international business and strategic management.

In the telecommunications sector in Europe, Mr. Martin managed product and proposition development, overseeing everything from specification and development to sales and service. He played a key role in launching emerging digital products, including the Blackberry email service, successfully creating demand and achieving market penetration while consistently exceeding growth targets and expanding distribution channels.
Upon returning to New Zealand, Mr. Martin joined a boutique international consulting firm, focusing on implementing customer-driven operating models for commercial and government organisations. Leveraging proprietary intellectual property mandated by a leading petrochemical company, he helped clients re-think their business strategies, redesign their market approaches, and effectively deploy their teams to achieve set targets. His strategies and implementation tactics are grounded in an evidence-driven understanding of market opportunities.
As a certified exit planning advisor from the Exit Planning Institute, Mr. Martin is dedicated to preparing clients for successful transitions out of their businesses, ensuring they are well-positioned for future opportunities.
